Land O’Lakes and PMI Nutrition Expand Recall Due to Further Issues with Elevated Vitamin D Levels

Land O’Lakes and its subsidiary PMI Nutrition International has expanded a recall for the fourth time this month due to the potential for elevated vitamin D levels in the products manufactured at their Richmond, Indiana, plant.

The first recall issued by PMI Nutrition earlier this month was initiated due to customer complaints of animal illness and deaths.
