1. INTRODUCTION.
This sweepstakes is sponsored by Pet360, Inc., 2250 Hickory Rd., Plymouth Meeting, PA 19462. The sweepstakes begins Friday, October 19, 2012, and ends Tuesday, October 23, 2012 at 5:00pm ET. The prize to be awarded is detailed in Section 6 of these rules. One entry per person/per household.
2. HOW TO ENTER.
Click here and submit a comment telling us about your favorite Halloween memory of your pet. Be sure to include your pet’s name. Intentionally false entries will be disqualified.
3. ELIGIBILITY.
Entrants must be pet owners 18 years of age or older. This offer is only available to residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia. Employees of Pet360, Inc. and their immediate families are ineligible. Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law and subject to local, state, and/or federal law.
4. PROMOTION PERIOD.
The sweepstakes begins Friday, October 19, 2012 at 12:00pm ET, and ends Tuesday, October 23, 2012 at 5:00pm ET. Two winners will be selected by random drawing on Wednesday, October 24, 2012.
5. ODDS.
Odds of winning depend on total number of entries received during the Promotion Period.
6. PRIZE.
Two winners will each receive a Halloween costume for their pet from Pet360.com as well as a costume for themselves from HalloweenCostumes.com (valued up to $45).
7. Once awarded, prizes and delivery schedule cannot be altered. Prizes are not transferable. Substitutions are not permitted.
8. ADDITIONAL TERMS.
Where permissible, acceptance of prize offered constitutes permission to use winner’s name (for example, Pam W., Harleysville, PA) for purposes of advertising and promotion without further compensation. Pet360’s decisions are final in all matters relating to this sweepstakes. Winners will be notified by email.
