I started buying this dog food about a year ago for my Mom's dog, who lives with her in her retirement apartment. My Mom's dog is a 14 yr-old, part Chow, part mut, lifelong companion. He's a sweetie and is 150% devoted to my Mom. He LOVES Rachael Ray's dog foods and treats, and gets all excited when I send a bag to him through PetFoodDirect's web site. He thinks the Rachael Ray dry food is a treat, and gulps it up. Plus the ingredients are all natural and all nutrional, with no artificial preservatives. What more could you ask for?

Are you kidding? Corn & Corn Gluten - - - there isn't a premium dog food on the market crazy enough to use the #1 allergen (corn) in their food. Holistic foods stopped using corn in the early 80's for heaven's sake.

Look at Orijen - much better

My dog is so fussy. No matter what food I bought, he didn't eat it. This is the only food he will eat. He likes the wet and dry.

Fed my girl dog this for two days she became sick and wouldn't eat it. And if you knew this dog, she will eat anything. When offered a different food she ate as if starving.

We started our dog (a Border Collie) on this based on a free sample. Her breath is much better, and I think she behaves better. She is extremely active, running miles a day, and despite that she was skitish. Since switching to this brand she seems less unpredictable.

RACHEL RAY NUTRISH BRAND DOG FOODS - AVOID this dog food. Both my dogs got sick from this brand. Yes we made a gradual change. My dog was so ill we had to throw out his kennel, blankets and pillow as well as several toys. In over 25 years I have never had a dog react so badly to a dog food. DON'T FEED YOUR LOVED PET THIS FOOD!

Comments about Rachael Ray Nutrish with Real Chicken Dry Dog Food:

I have a white bull terrier, Frankie, with plenty of allergies and a sensitive stomach. This is the only dogfood that doesn't give him gas. I've tried every sensitive stomach dogfood on the market and this one works. He's been eating this for a couple of years now and I switch between the chicken and beef type. He also really enjoys the Rachel Ray treats.
