Comments about Newman's Own Organics Beef & Liver Canned Cat Food:

We have one cat, Fritzie, who has had problems with his teeth. The teeth were removed. He now has only four. We noticed he was losing a little weight. He has a hard time with dry cat food. We wanted to give him nutritional canned cat food. This is the first brand we started with. We ordered 3 cans of Newman's Own Organics Grain-Free Canned Cat Food in different flavors. He didn't like any of them. He only licked up the gravy and then walked away. Nor did any of our other 6 cats care to eat it.

Comments about Newman's Own Organics Beef & Liver Canned Cat Food:

I usually don't give bad reviews but this product had such a profound effect on my cats that I feel I must say something. I have four cats two of which are my kitty garbage cans as I call them. They never turn down anything from a can. I tried to feed them Newman's Own and they wouldn't even smell it. Never even tasted it. I have never seen them react that way to a canned cat food of any kind. This is not to say the food is bad but the color seems to be wrong and the consistency is sticky and mushy. The smell is not offensive. Needless to say I will not be buying any more of it.

Comments about Newman's Own Organics Beef & Liver Canned Cat Food:

I LOST ONE OF MY CATS (MISSY) TO A BAD KENNEL DISEASE. SHE SHOULD HAVE SHOWN SIGNS BY 2 YRS OF AGE BUT INSTEAD SHE GOT SICK AT 5 YRS AND BECAUSE OF HER GRAIN FED DIET, SHE WAS ALSO DIAGNOSED WITH DIABETES. SHE WASN'T ABLE TO PULL OUT OF IT AND WE LOST HER. I CHANGED MY OTHER CATS DIET RIGHT AWAY TO A GRAIN-FREE DIET, OF COURSE ORGANIC IS JUST AS IMPORTANT TO ME, AND HE LOVES IT. WE FEED MAX THE NEWMAN'S OWNN ORGANIC CANNED CAT FOOD TWICE A DAY. HE ALSO GETS THE DRIED CHICKEN TREATS IN THE EARLY MORNING FROM MY HUSBAND WHO LEAVES VERY EARLY AND AGAIN IN THE LATE EVENING BEFORE BED, WHICH HE ALSO LOVES AND BEGS FOR. WE HAVE BEEN FEEDING HIM THE NEWMAN'S OWN ORGANICS CAT FOOD FOR OVER A YEAR NOW AND MAXWELL STILL GETS EXCITED TO EAT HIS MEAL TWICE A DAY. WE ARE ON AUTO-SHIP FOR THE CONVENIENCE OF NEVER RUNNING OUT.

Comments about Newman's Own Organics Beef & Liver Canned Cat Food:

I am taking care of an older cat with allergies and skin problems. She's been eating a "better" brand of dry food and I switched her to this. The first meal, she practically attacked the bowl and inhaled the food. She's been enthusiastic at every meal since. Only been a few days and her skin is improving.
