Comments about Royal Canin Veterinary Diets Royal Canin Veterinary Diet Feline Gastrointestinal High Energy HE Canned Cat Food:

I was surprised that my finicky Devon Rex actually liked this special diet food. She was vomiting and having loose bowels everyday and had lost 1 lb. of her normal 6 lbs. and I was extremely worried. The only thing I would add to this diet is a variety of flavors. She gets bored with the same thing all the time.

Comments about Royal Canin Veterinary Diets Royal Canin Veterinary Diet Feline Gastrointestinal High Energy HE Canned Cat Food:

We give the cats a choice. We put out Royal Canin dry food, small amount of a canned commercial food like Friskies and about 3/4 can of the Royal Canin Intestinal HE. One or two of our 3 had loose stool on occasion. Now loose stool is very rare. They eat all 3 foods and finish the Royal Canin. The veterinary prescription food we used to give them they did not like. They do like the Royal Canin.

Comments about Royal Canin Veterinary Diets Royal Canin Veterinary Diet Feline Gastrointestinal High Energy HE Canned Cat Food:

One of my senior cats has been diagnosed with Inflammatory Bowel disease and the vet told us to feed her only Science Diet Vet. formula "z/d" dry and canned food. She likes the dry but refuses to eat the canned food, so I gave this a try and she loves it. It is pricey but at least she eats it willingly (and meows for more!)

Comments about Royal Canin Veterinary Diets Royal Canin Veterinary Diet Feline Gastrointestinal High Energy HE Canned Cat Food:

One cat had loose movement. Vet recommended a prescription diet but we have 3 cats. Most did not enjoy the prescription formula. However when we substituted this food, cats liked it, it seems to provide good nutrition and they usually finish the food at every feeding. Bowel movement is solid.

Comments about Royal Canin Veterinary Diets Royal Canin Veterinary Diet Feline Gastrointestinal High Energy HE Canned Cat Food:

We've had problems with our cat's frequent vomiting/regurgitation for years. Vets haven't found any cause and we've tried many quality products, including other prescription cat food, with little improvement. This is working wonders in our cat's life and ours. He's gaining weight, is healthier, and no more messes to clean up. We also have his sister-kittie and they have always eaten together and shared a plate. She loves it, too! Of course, not as cheap as non-prescription food, but worth it to us - and him.
