Combined with VeRus dry to add just the right amount of moisture. Good digestion evident the next day (if you know what I mean--easy pick up.)

Comments about VeRUS Chicken and Brown Rice Formula Canned Dog Food:

My wife and I have 2 dogs of our own that have been on Verus since we adopted them. We mainly get the beef, turkey, and chicken, but will sometimes get the other flavors. Our dogs love the taste and have been in great health - we attribute this to the quality of the food. Our foster cats actually try to eat some of it as we pour it for our dogs! We've also had foster dogs years ago, and we would see improvement in breath, coat, and health after a week or two on Verus when they were eating a mass-market brand before. We emailed Verus to confirm with the new formulas that they still do not use antibiotics or growth hormones in their food. The only reason I don't give them 5 stars is that they weren't very specific about their food-animal welfare practices when I emailed them last year - something I wish would be much more transparent considering how cruel factory farming can be in the US.
