I give a bully ring to my 9 year old, medium sized dog about every other day and it lasts him since he chews on it for awhile and then takes a break. He loves these and I got what I paid for since these aren't real thick but enough to entertain him and not as expensive as the others I've found in the pet store... I don't know if they clean the teeth, but they are made of all natural ingredients and they beat giving him a raw bone!
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

I won't buy these again, my dog seemed to love them, but they only lasted a few minutes. Chew toys should last much longer.

good for dogs who may tend to swallow the straight bully sticks - whole. the shape is good at deterring that....plus rolls around like a hoop.
