Comments about Pure Vita Grain Free Salmon Entre Dry Cat Food:

I have one cat with IBD and we have tried all "one protein source" in Turkey, duck and rabbit in limited ingredients.
Since developing inflammation of the gallbladder and liver (4 years old) his appetite was affected and vet said she too thought it was a good idea to look for a different protein source.
I purchased another brand in dry and canned of salmon, only because it was a limited ingredient diet.
The manager at my local pet supplies store gave me two samples of the pure vita in salmon .
He is on antibiotics and had really smelly, runny stools even with using fortiflora which is suppose to help with diarrhea.
I opened the sample bag and he gobbled it down and would hardly touch the other salmon cat food that I bought.
A plus to this is he hasn't thrown up since eating it (it has been about 5 days), his diarrhea has stopped and I wasn't even using the fortiflora on top of this food.
I have since purchased a bag of this food and am in hopes it keeps working for him.
I would recommend this food for cats with sensitive stomachs, IBD and for general good health.

All 3 of my cats love this food. Two are very finicky. One of them has a sensitive stomach and she's been fine on this food.

Both of my cats eat this dry food without hesitancy. My female, Cricket is gaining too much weight , so I'm measuring her daily intake. I've only used Pure Vita for six months, so I don't have another brand to compare it to.

I have six cats, they all hated it. Smelled it and walked away. I gave some to the stray, outside cat, he wouldn't eat it either. They love Wellness Finicky feast, they like Weruva wet food, so not sure why, but they didn't like it.

Cats refuse to eat this. I tried to buy them some new food, instead of Weruva, wellness or Blue buffalow. But it didn't go over to well. None of them would eat this, not even the stray outside cat I feed. I don't know what the problem is, but they did not like it at all. Will be returning it along with the new Evangers canned...sorry.
