Effipro should be used externally on the skin. Side effects are rare but possible after using any pesticide product. Temporary irritation at the site of application is possible and has been reported. If your cat is acting unusual in any way after being treated with Effipro, call your veterinarian immediately for further instructions.Effipro can be harmful if swallowed. It can also cause eye irritation. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, or clothing. Wash thoroughly with soap and water after handling. If you accidentally ingest this product, call Poison Control immediately.Drug and Food Interactions:
Drug interactions are rare but possible. Discuss other medications, vitamins, or supplements your cat is taking with your veterinarian prior to using Effipro.If your cat has been given any other flea/tick or preventative medications within 30 days, avoid use of Effipro until 30 days have passed unless otherwise instructed by your veterinarian. If your cat has previously reacted to other pesticides, do not use Effipro without consulting your veterinarian first.Precautions:
