Comments about Catit White Tiger Jumbo Litter Box:

The only reason she went into it was because she couldn't "hold" it any longer and, since I poured the litter from her old box into it without cleaning it, it at least smelled right. However, it is narrower at the bottom of the entry than her old box (which is considered "jumbo") even though the box itself is higher and wider. When she came out the edges of the two pieces that protrude from the sides of the opening scraped her sides. She then proceeded to hit and hiss at the tiger stripes and, after about 15 minutes of that, she dashed out of the room where the box was and would not enter the room again - even when I put her old box next to this new one. This went on for a full day, with her walking past the room and looking to see if it was still there. I finally removed it and she immediately made a beeline for her old box to relieve herself. It didn't pay to return it as it wasn't very expensive - I gifted (donated) it to a thrift shop so maybe some other pet parent will be able to use it.
