I love the scent of this litter!

Great for odor control. corn-based litter that forms hard clumps and smells great. Does track because it's light weight but very easy to deal with.

Phew! Coming home after work and opening my apartment door several days after I first tried Nature's Miracle cat litter, it smelled as if I had ten cats, rather than two. Despite the fact that I clean the litter box at least two, and sometimes three times a day, it only got worse. I added a large container of baking soda to the litter, which was slightly better, though not much. The smell was so bad every night that I ended up dumping the Nature's Miracle the next Saturday. Even during that limited time, the corn grains managed to spread all over, although I have a litter catcher outside the litter box. After work, I could see amber cat tracks of litter on my kitchen counter; even my white bath mat, draped over the tub rim, was colored amber by the grains. My reason for trying Nature's Miracle is that I had visited a friend, who lives in a studio apartment, which usually smelled of cat litter. This time, it did not. I asked her about what litter she was using, and she replied, "I changed to Nature's Miracle, although it is expensive, I really like it." I did not think to ask if she had just changed the litter, which might have accounted for the lack of cat odor in the apartment. To add insult to injury, before I had used the Nature's Miracle, I bought another 10-pound and an 18-pound bag of Nature's Miracle litter during one of PetFoodDirect's free shipping offers. I would bring the Nature's Miracle to my friend, except that I am disabled, and there is no way I can maneuver 28 pounds of litter with my cane down the stairs, even to get it outside my apartment building, let alone to take it to another part of NYC. Nature's Miracle litter was a problematical purchase in all aspects.

Did This litter Formula Just Change?

By Sammi

from Southern AZ

Comments about Nature's Miracle Odor Control Clumping Cat Litter:

All of a sudden this litter is darker, heavier and my cats shake their hind legs after getting out of the litter box because it sticks to their feet! It no longer has a pine scent and I have litter foot prints everywhere. Is this a new formula?

My cat won't use it.

Comments about Nature's Miracle Odor Control Clumping Cat Litter:

I thought this litter would be great, but my cat won't use it. I even put her p00p in the new litter, but she still went everywhere except the box. She has never had any house training issues, so I know it is the litter.

Pros

  • Long-Lasting

Cons

Comments about Nature's Miracle Odor Control Clumping Cat Litter:

I did a comparison of this vs. "World's Best Cat Litter Multiple Cat Formula" for a few months.

Nature's Miracle is more effective for odor control & has slightly less debris and absolutely ZERO dust. World's Best on the other hand, does have a little bit of dust when cleaning, but it clumps better for pee. They clump about the same for poo. I like to put 1-2" World's Best on the bottom and 1-2" Nature's Miracle on the top b/c this gives me the best clumping and absolutely zero particulate inhalation when cleaning the box. I purchase these together regularly now. Layering them seems to work really well even tho they eventually get mixed it, I liked them better together for reasons of keeping the dust/particulate down while also getting the pee to clump really well.

Comments about Nature's Miracle Odor Control Clumping Cat Litter:

Love this litter. I use it for three ferrets and a cat. There really is no dust so it is safe for the ferrets to use and it really helps control the smell. The only complaint I have is how easy it is for the little guys to track it around, but that just means it requires extra cleaning. Still my go-to choice.

      My issue is the color

      By MelsyP

      from Elmhurst, IL

Comments about Nature's Miracle Odor Control Clumping Cat Litter:

I was pleased with how well the litter works, but my issue is with the color. Since it has an orange tint, I missed the fact that my cat had a severe urinary tract infection which was not apparent in the litter box (only when she finally started missing the box). I am hesitant to recommend it because of this.
