Comments about Royal Canin Veterinary Diets Royal Canin Veterinary Diet Feline Hypoallergenic Selected Protein Adult PR Dry Cat Food:

My 14-year old cat has been suffering from severe Irritable Bowel Disease since last October, and we've been trying every new diet under the sun for the past EIGHT MONTHS. The last "special diet" he was on helped control the vomiting but gave him such severe diarrhea that he seldom made it to the litter box in time! Thank god we changed to this formula at the end of February. Not only has the diarrhea subsided, but the vomiting has become far less frequent, and my cat actually likes the taste!

I am so happy that my cat doesn't have to eat food that is like "cardboard". She has stomach issues and this food has changed both of our lives! Thank you!

My cat has been suffering some sort of allegie.... It suspected most likely food allegie. However, it takes long time to find out which food he is actually allergic to... We have been switching several different food and this one seems like reduce the symptoms... Still itchiness hasn't gone so we need to wait and see for more weeks....

This is the only food my older cat with IBD, GERD, and other problems eats ORALLY. The companion product in the wet, canned variety goes into his feeding tube. He's been maintaining fairly well with this diet and medications for eight months.
