My "boys" eat canned Wellness chicken twice a day and have the Indoor dry out all of the time. This has been the best for McGwire's tendency with diabetes. I only wish the 12 oz cans had ring-top openings instead of having to use a can opener. I highly recommend this all-natural food, which is what felines eat in the wild!

I buy this food for my cat who was diabetic. Dry food for cats is not recommended for healthy cats, let alone diabetic ones. He has been able to lose weight safely and now has reversed his diabetes. I had been happy with this food until I purchased some from Pet Food Direct. The composition of the food hasn't changed according to the label but the food is really mushy, like, watered down. He seems to be doing well on this latest batch but last night, he was hungry again after an hour and a half. Hope this is just a flukey thing and not the new normal for this food.

Sometimes I will open a can and its a pile of mush.The cats won't touch it. Other times I will get a can and the chicken seems more palatable to my cats.

one of the few cat foods I could find information on, re the actual amounts and proportions of crucial nutrients for my kidney-failure kitty, that has acceptable proportions for her needs. AND she likes it, as does my younger kitty.

Use for my diabetic cat on an ultra low carb diet. Other cat who is on the same diet by default also loves it. Grain free and both animals love the flavor. I use the small cans to feed both cats 3x/day.
