This product helps with my dogs digestive system. She would get sick every 6 days before we started on this product. Now, she has not been sick in over 2 months. We are also feeding her 4 times a day now so her stomach doesn't get empty. She absolutely loves the taste of this food. She is a 12 year old Miniature Pinscher and weighs 9 pounds.

We have been using the Prescription Diet ID in wet form for 9 months now. During that time, we have had 13 cans that had medium to large sized air pockets in them which decreased the quantity of dog food for which we paid full price on. Now this week, we received a can from lot #T0110102 7008 that has valid dating until June of 2016. In this can, there is a center of fluid with a large dark center of some material that looks awful. I have saved the can and the sample. I have previously reported that partially filled cans to our vet but unknown mass of black material is a new complaint.

Thank you Hills ID Prescription Diet!

Comments about Hill's Prescription Diet i/d Canine Canned Food:

My little Shih Tzu Rosie was at the Vet more often than not when she was a puppy with runny stools and vomiting often. When we moved to a new location and I brought her to a new Vet, he suggested Hills ID Gastrointestinal canned food for her. I'm so thankful he did, because it calmed her tummy quickly. She loves the food and still acts like an energetic pup even now she's 10! Thanks so much!

      this product really helps!

Comments about Hill's Prescription Diet i/d Canine Canned Food:

My dog has a sensitive stomach that caused us to change him to I/D food. I couldn't be happier with this product. He mainly eats the dry but as an extra I alternate the regular canned with the chicken stew. He loves them both! Thanks for this incredible diet.

Great nutrition that's easy on upset stomachs.

Comments about Hill's Prescription Diet i/d Canine Canned Food:

I have worked as a veterinary technician for the past 5 years and over that period of time have seen hundreds of dogs with gastrointestinal issues. Canine I/D is one of the best wet foods out there for dogs with sensitive stomachs or GI issues. A great food for dogs that aren't interested in food or aren't feeling well, and it provides the nutrition dogs need to get healthy. Would definitely recommend.
