Hills Science Diet is great as the gastrointestinal version does wonders for constipation for my Maine Coon. The other two cats (Samantha and Mabil, ages 6 and 11) love it as well as it is moist an nutritious). My only problem is that I can never use any of the deals for "percent off"

Rosie is a manx with megacolon. Her vet recommended W/D, but she didn't like the taste until I mixed it with about half a teaspoon of her old food. I'm trying now to ween her off the old food. At her vet's recommendation, I'll be adding a hairball gel to her diet to help move the food along.

Great for my diabetic cat

By WizAndMel

from Hollywood, Los Angeles, CA, USA

Comments about Hill's Prescription Diet w/d with Chicken (Minced) Feline Canned Food:

My 14 year old cat Wiz developed diabetes. He has eaten an all dry food diet his whole life and has turned his nose up at every type of wet cat food I've tried to offer him. After a month and a half of trying to regulate his BG levels with insulin, I broke down and purchased the wet WD food at the recommendation of my vet. I slowly transitioned his diet by mixing this with cooked chicken (his favorite). His BG levels started to drop immediately after working the WD food into his diet and 2 weeks later, begs for this food! He loves it, he's regulated now and I am so appreciative for WD!

W/D resolved the gastric issue my cat had and he loves it!

By FM0293

Comments about Hill's Prescription Diet w/d with Chicken (Minced) Feline Canned Food:

I have a 5 year old Apple-head Chocolate-Point Siamese male cat named Simon. He was a rescue and when I adopted him over two years ago he had terrible gastric issues including loose bowel movement and terrible gas. After examining Simon and reviewing his medical history and surgeries, my vet recommended W/D to me. Since that time, Simon has been eating W/D wet and dry food. A week later his gastric issues disappeared. Now, he cries twice a day if I am late serving him his W//D wet food, chicken flavor and gobbles it up. Thank you Hills Science!
