I have 2 female cats and love using SWHEAT SCOOP MULTI CAT litter and my cats love it too. It is easy to scoop, doesn't smell even when it gets old and need to be changed. It also isn't as dusty as other litters tend to be. It is expensive for me but it is well worth in my opinion and I have already recommended it to a friend who has 2 cats herself and she now loves it too.

I tried this litter as it was cheaper than World's Best but unfortunately does not compare. The wheat used in "Swheat Scoop" does not clump well at all. It lets urine sink at the bottom of the litter box where it sticks and smells. For some reason, corn (used in World's Best) clumps immediately into hard balls easy to pick up and dispose of. I will not buy Swheat Scoop again.

Flush-able cat litter

By John

from Clarkrange, TN

Comments about Swheat Scoop Multi Cat Natural Wheat Cat Litter:

Have two cats and am not impressed with the fact that neither seems to use it faithfully. Problem is our landfill refuses cat litter, so need a flush-able and this seemed to be the choice.

Comments about Swheat Scoop Multi Cat Natural Wheat Cat Litter:

When I bought an old farmhouse seven years ago I had no animals. When I found 2 baby kittens near death in a restaurant parking lot I wanted to try to save them. One survived and of course I wanted the best. Luckily the local store carried Swheat Scoop in a small box,and although more expensive it has been well worth it. Scrapper has never had a problem using it. I now have 6 inside cats (full grown)and at least that many outside. All are rescue or orphaned cats. Since the cat door was put in even some of my outside cats love the litter. Never had a problem with odors...ever! It's very easy to sift the pans. I had trouble finding the product in larger bags so made my husband buy the large bags when he went to Kansas City. My sister has 1 cat and 4 pans and it always smells at her house. No one knew I had cats until I told them. Odor-free home, easy clean up and I don't have to change the litter that often because it sifts clean and only add enough new to fill to the proper level. Extremely happy with this product (so are my cats). PS: 4 cats use 2 litter pans The 2 Queens each have their own rooms/station. They all free-roam as well. Thanks for a natural product that works great! A fan from the Wheat State.

Comments about Swheat Scoop Multi Cat Natural Wheat Cat Litter:

I was trying new litters per my vet b/c of litter box issues. This was one that was recommended, but my cat didn't like it at all. He jumped in & jumped right back out; not sure if he didn't like the texture, smell, etc. I guess it just depend on the cat. It does get tracked around more than standard clay litter, I think, primarily b/c it's so light in weight.

Comments about Swheat Scoop Multi Cat Natural Wheat Cat Litter:

I used this product for five years. I liked that it was biodegradable and fragrance-free. But it hasn't been clumping well, and my cat was always peeing against the side of the box (never digging), which made cleanup a mess. Then when the cost went up almost 30%, I decided to switch to a non-fragranced clay litter. What a difference! My cat now likes to dig and bury her waste in the middle of the box, and if you remove the clumps right away, smell is no issue. Plus, I don't have wheat flakes all over my bed anymore.

Comments about Swheat Scoop Multi Cat Natural Wheat Cat Litter:

I really like the Swheat Scoop Natural Wheat Litter Multi-Cat cat litter. It is the best litter I have tried so far! It is easy to scoop up, it does very good of hiding the odor if I change it daily. I live in a home with 5 cats, two of my own, and at least one of the other cats likes to come in and use my cats' litter box. He visits my room often, and sometimes just to use the litter box. I put in a few inches high and it is good for a day's use. I just wish that the shipping cost wasn't so expensive.
