Comments about Nature's Variety Prairie Canine Beef Meal & Barley Dry Food:

I've had dogs all my life, and have dealt with a lot of different eating issues. When we got our now 2 1/2 yr old Golden Retriever, he suffered from constant diarrhea, and/or loose stools. After spending a lot of money at the Vet, trying all sorts of "special" dog food, and after ruling out any health problems, I decided to research different products on my own.I first realized that it seemed, all the previous products were chicken based, which I began to think was the main culprit. I did try other "non-chicken" dog food, but still, although better, his loose stools remained a problem. I then came across your website and really was impressed by all the wonderful ingredients in your dog food. I immediately started him on the Prairie Instinct Beef (dry) dog food. AMAZING! Almost immediately, I began to see a dramatic change. He has been on this food now for the last year and a half and I can't tell you the last time he had any issues. His coat is soft and eyes are bright. I can't thank you enough. P.S. One of my neighbors had mentioned she was spending a fortune at the Vet because her older dog had constant diarrhea. I asked her if she was feeding him Chicken based food. She said yes. I gave her some of my dry food to try on her dog and it worked! She was so thankful! She said her dog has been fine ever since. So if I could rate this food a "10" I would. THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!

My mixed-breed large dog has always had a very sensitive stomach, and the Prairie foods have never caused a problem. At 12 years old, he has been eating their menu for half of his life, and he's a healthy vigorous old guy! I give Omega-3 and glucosamine supplements as well.

Comments about Nature's Variety Prairie Canine Beef Meal & Barley Dry Food:

I have a 15 year old mini poodle. He has always been difficult with food and it was hard to find something that he would eat for more than a week. I did some research and tried Prairie when a friend recommended it. This food provides excellent nutrition and my dog is happy (digestion is great.) It's worth a shot.

Comments about Nature's Variety Prairie Canine Beef Meal & Barley Dry Food:

I knew this was a nutritional food for our dog but didn't know just how good it was until we rescued a dog of the same breed. When we got the rescue dog we commented how course her fur was. Well, it took a while, a little over a year, but one day we realized her coat was as soft and silky as our other dog. It has to be the high protein and Omega fats in Nature's Variety. I never believed just how much of a difference a good nutritional food makes to keep a dog in prime shape.
